What's included in the free trial?
Our free trial gives you full access to the Professional plan for 14 days,
with no credit card required. You'll get 1,000 free conversations to test
all features including voice AI, analytics, and integrations.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect
immediately, and we'll prorate the charges for the current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
If you exceed your monthly conversation limit, you'll be charged $0.05 per
additional conversation. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit
and suggest upgrading to a higher plan for better value.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include
a one-time onboarding fee depending on customization requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise customers. Annual plans can be
invoiced upon request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.
You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period,
and we don't provide refunds for partial months.
